AI Executive Assistant
Purpose: AI Executive Assistant is a personal productivity assistant, delivered as a Telegram bot, that manages your Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive documents, and task/time tracking on your behalf, so you don't have to switch between separate apps for routine administrative work.
What it does
Connected to the user's own Google account (with their explicit sign-in and consent), AI Executive Assistant can: read and manage their Google Calendar (create, update, cancel events); draft and send email from their Gmail account, always after the user reviews and confirms the exact draft; keep a running task list and time log in their own Google Sheets; create documents and folders in their own Google Drive; and, on request, join a live video call to record and transcribe it. It only ever acts on the signed-in user's own data, and only for actions that user explicitly asks for in the conversation.
